Begin in Choon-Bi Stance
  1. Turn 90 degrees into a left cat stance, left square block.
  2. Shift to a left walking stance, right assisted inverted punch.
  3. Shift to a riding stance, left side punch.
  4. Turn 180 degrees into a right cat stance, right square block.
  5. Shift to a right walking stance, left assisted inverted punch.
  6. Shift to a riding stance, right side punch.
  7. Step up with left leg, chamber right leg for a side kick with hands together at left hip.
  8. Right side kick, right punch, Kihap (yell).
  9. Turn, put right leg down into a left cat stance, left middle protect.
  10. Step forward into a right cat stance, right middle protect.
  11. Step forward into a left cat stance, left middle protect.
  12. Step forward into a right walking stance, right assisted spear hand.
  13. Turn 270 degrees into a left cat stance, left middle protect.
  14. Step out at 45 degrees into a right cat stance, right middle protect.
  15. Turn 180 degrees into a right cat stance, right middle protect.
  16. Step out at 45 degrees into a left cat stance, left middle protect.
  17. Turn 45 degrees to the left into an extended left walking stance, right low cross block sweep.
  18. Right front kick, Kihap (yell).
  19. Place right foot down into a right walking stance, left reverse punch, left cross block.
  20. Left front kick, Kihap (yell).
  21. Place left foot down into a left walking stance, left reverse punch.
  22. Step forward into a right walking stance, right double block.
  23. Moving only the back leg, turn left 270 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block, left knife hand strike.
  24. Step out at 45 degrees into a right walking stance, right high cover.
  25. Turn 135 degrees into a right walking stance, right down block, right knife hand strike.
  26. Step out at 45 degrees into a left walking stance, left high cover, Kihap (yell).
Return to Choon-Bi stance.
