Begin in Choon-Bi Stance
- Turn 90 degrees into a left cat stance, left square block.
- Shift to a left walking stance, right assisted inverted punch.
- Shift to a riding stance, left side punch.
- Turn 180 degrees into a right cat stance, right square block.
- Shift to a right walking stance, left assisted inverted punch.
- Shift to a riding stance, right side punch.
- Step up with left leg, chamber right leg for a side kick with hands together at left hip.
- Right side kick, right punch, Kihap (yell).
- Turn, put right leg down into a left cat stance, left middle protect.
- Step forward into a right cat stance, right middle protect.
- Step forward into a left cat stance, left middle protect.
- Step forward into a right walking stance, right assisted spear hand.
- Turn 270 degrees into a left cat stance, left middle protect.
- Step out at 45 degrees into a right cat stance, right middle protect.
- Turn 180 degrees into a right cat stance, right middle protect.
- Step out at 45 degrees into a left cat stance, left middle protect.
- Turn 45 degrees to the left into an extended left walking stance, right low cross block sweep.
- Right front kick, Kihap (yell).
- Place right foot down into a right walking stance, left reverse punch, left cross block.
- Left front kick, Kihap (yell).
- Place left foot down into a left walking stance, left reverse punch.
- Step forward into a right walking stance, right double block.
- Moving only the back leg, turn left 270 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block, left knife hand strike.
- Step out at 45 degrees into a right walking stance, right high cover.
- Turn 135 degrees into a right walking stance, right down block, right knife hand strike.
- Step out at 45 degrees into a left walking stance, left high cover, Kihap (yell).
Return to Choon-Bi stance.
