Begin in Choon-Bi stance.
- Turn 90 degrees to the left into a left walking stance, left down block.
- Step forward into a right walking stance, right center punch.
- Turn 180 degrees to the right into a right walking stance, right down block.
- Break away, step back into a closed stance, right hammer fist.
- Step forward into a left walking stance, left center punch.
- Turn 90 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block, left knife hand strike.
- Step forward into a right walking stance, right high cover.
- Step forward into a left walking stance, left high cover.
- Step forward into a right walking stance, right high cover, Kihap (yell).
- Moving only the back leg, turn left 270 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block.
- Step forward into a right walking stance, right middle punch.
- Turn right 180 degrees into a right walking stance, right down block.
- Step forward into a left walking stance, left center punch.
- Turn 90 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block.
- Step forward into a right walking stance, right center punch.
- Step forward into a left walking stance, left center punch.
- Step forward into a right walking stance, right center punch, Kihap (yell).
- Moving only the back leg, turn left 270 degrees into a left cat stance, left low protect.
- Step at 45 degrees into a right cat stance, right low protect.
- Turn 135 degrees into a right cat stance, right low protect.
- Step forward at 45 degrees into a left cat stance, left low protect, Kihap (yell).
