Pyong-Ahn 1 - Pyong-Ahn-Cho-Dan



Begin in Choon-Bi stance.
  1. Turn 90 degrees to the left into a left walking stance, left down block.
  2. Step forward into a right walking stance, right center punch.
  3. Turn 180 degrees to the right into a right walking stance, right down block.
  4. Break away, step back into a closed stance, right hammer fist.
  5. Step forward into a left walking stance, left center punch.
  6. Turn 90 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block, left knife hand strike.
  7. Step forward into a right walking stance, right high cover.
  8. Step forward into a left walking stance, left high cover.
  9. Step forward into a right walking stance, right high cover, Kihap (yell).
  10. Moving only the back leg, turn left 270 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block.
  11. Step forward into a right walking stance, right middle punch.
  12. Turn right 180 degrees into a right walking stance, right down block.
  13. Step forward into a left walking stance, left center punch.
  14. Turn 90 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block.
  15. Step forward into a right walking stance, right center punch.
  16. Step forward into a left walking stance, left center punch.
  17. Step forward into a right walking stance, right center punch, Kihap (yell).
  18. Moving only the back leg, turn left 270 degrees into a left cat stance, left low protect.
  19. Step at 45 degrees into a right cat stance, right low protect.
  20. Turn 135 degrees into a right cat stance, right low protect.
  21. Step forward at 45 degrees into a left cat stance, left low protect, Kihap (yell).
