Form 7 - Ki-Cho-O-Bu



Begin in Choon-Bi stance.
  1. Turn left 90 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block, shift to a left cat stance, right left cross block.
  2. Step forward into a right walking stance, right center punch, left center punch, right high cover.
  3. Turn right 180 degrees into a right walking stance, right down block, shift to a right cat stance, right left cross block.
  4. Step forward into a left walking stance, left center punch, right center punch, left high cover.
  5. Turn 90 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block.
  6. Step forward into a right walking stance, right face punch, left face punch, right low inverted punch.
  7. Step forward into a left walking stance, left face punch, right face punch, left low inverted punch.
  8. Step forward into a right walking stance, right face punch, left face punch, right low inverted punch, Kihap (yell).
  9. Moving only the back leg, turn left 270 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block, shift to a left cat stance, left cross block.
  10. Step forward into a right walking stance, right center punch, left center punch, right high cover.
  11. Turn right 180 degrees into a right walking stance, right down block, shift to a right cat stance, right left cross block.
  12. Step forward into a left walking stance, left center punch, right center punch, left high cover.
  13. Turn 90 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block.
  14. Step forward into a right walking stance, right face punch, left face punch, right low inverted punch.
  15. Step forward into a left walking stance, left face punch, right face punch, left low inverted punch.
  16. Step forward into a right walking stance, right face punch, left face punch, right low inverted punch, Kihap (yell).
  17. Moving only the back leg, turn left 270 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block, shift to a left cat stance, left cross block.
  18. Step forward into a right walking stance, right center punch, left center punch, right high cover.
  19. Turn right 180 degrees into a right walking stance, right down block, shift to a right cat stance, right left cross block.
  20. Step forward into a left walking stance, left center punch, right center punch, left high cover, Kihap (yell). Return to Choon-Bi stance.
