Form 6 - Ki-Cho-Sa-Bu



Begin in Choon-Bi stance.
  1. Turn left 90 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block, right center punch, left high cover.
  2. Turn right 180 degrees into a right walking stance, right down block, left center punch, right high cover.
  3. Turn 90 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block.
  4. Step forward into a right walking stance, right center punch, left center punch, right center punch.
  5. Step forward into a left walking stance, left center punch, right center punch, left center punch.
  6. Step forward into a right walking stance, right center punch, left center punch, right center punch, Kihap (yell).
  7. Moving only the back leg, turn left 270 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block, right center punch, left high cover.
  8. Turn right 180 degrees into a right walking stance, right down block, left center punch, right high cover.
  9. Turn 90 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block.
  10. Step forward into a right walking stance, right center punch, left center punch, right center punch.
  11. Step forward into a left walking stance, left center punch, right center punch, left center punch.
  12. Step forward into a right walking stance, right center punch, left center punch, right center punch, Kihap (yell).
  13. Moving only the back leg, turn left 270 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block, right center punch, left high cover.
  14. Turn right 180 degrees into a right walking stance, right down block, left center punch, right high cover, Kihap (yell).
