Begin in Choon-Bi stance.
- Turn left 90 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block.
- Step forward into a right walking stance, right face punch.
- Turn right 180 degrees into a right walking stance, right down block.
- Step forward into a left walking stance, left center punch.
- Turn 90 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block.
- Step forward into a right walking stance, right high cover.
- Step forward into a left walking stance, left high cover.
- Step forward into a right walking stance, right high cover, Kihap (yell).
- Moving only the back leg, turn left 270 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block.
- Step forward into a right walking stance, right face punch.
- Turn right 180 degrees into a right walking stance, right down block.
- Step forward into a left walking stance, left face punch.
- Turn 90 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block.
- Step forward into a right walking stance, right high cover.
- Step forward into a left walking stance, left high cover.
- Step forward into a right walking stance, right high cover, Kihap (yell).
- Moving only the back leg, turn left 270 degrees into a left walking stance, left down block.
- Step forward into a right walking stance, right face punch.
- Turn right 180 degrees into a right walking stance, right down block.
