Pyong-Ahn 5 - Pyong-Ahn-O-Dan



Begin in Choon-Bi stance.
  1. Turn 90 degrees into a left cat stance, left cross block.
  2. Right center punch across body.
  3. Step up into a closed stance, left arm bar.
  4. Turn 180 degrees into a right cat stance, right cross block.
  5. Left center punch across body.
  6. Step up into a closed stance, right arm bar.
  7. Step out at 90 degrees into a right walking stance, right double block.
  8. Step forward into a left walking stance, left low x-block, bring hands up to chest in x-block position, open hands into knife hands, high knife hand x-block, wrist lock, assisted right spear hand.
  9. Step forward into a right walking stance, right center punch.
  10. Turn 180 degrees into a left cat stance, hands in guard position.
  11. Right inner edge crescent kick, drop right foot into a riding stance, right low back fist, turn 180 degrees, left back hand strike.
  12. Right inner edge crescent kick, drop right foot into a riding stance, right elbow smash to left palm.
  13. Step up with left leg into a right x-stance, right double block.
  14. Twin upward punch, turn 180 degrees, jump into a right x-stance, low right x-block.
  15. Turn 180 degrees into a left walking stance, right assisted ridge hand to groin.
  16. Shift to a left back stance, pull back with right hand.
  17. Step back with left leg into a closed stance, twin cross blocks.
  18. Step out into a right walking stance, left assisted ridge hand to groin.
  19. Shift to a right back stance, pull back with left hand.
Return to Choon-Bi stance.
