Begin in Choon-Bi Stance
- Turn 90 degrees into a left cat stance, left knife hand square block.
- Turn 180 degrees into a right cat stance, right knife hand square block.
- Turn 90 degrees into a left walking stance, left low x-block.
- Step forward into a right cat stance, right double block.
- Chamber left leg for a side kick with hands together at left hip.
- Left side kick, left punch, Kihap (yell).
- Step down into a left walking stance, right elbow smash to left palm.
- Chamber right leg for a side kick with hands together at left hip.
- Right side kick, right punch, Kihap (yell).
- Step down into a right walking stance, left elbow smash to right palm.
- Turn 90 degrees into a left walking stance, left hand knife hand high cover, right hand inverted knife hand strike.
- Right front kick.
- Jump forward into a right x-stance, right backfist.
- Turn 270 degrees to the left into a left walking stance, twin arm grab.
- Pull back with right hand, right front kick, Kihap (yell).
- Step down into a right walking stance, right center punch, left center punch.
- Turn 180 degrees into a right walking stance, twin arm grab.
- Pull back with left hand, left front kick, Kihap (yell).
- Step down into a left walking stance, left center punch, right center punch.
- Turn 90 degrees, shifting left foot into a left cat stance, left double block.
- Step forward into a right cat stance, right double block.
- Step forward into a left cat stance, left double block.
- Shift into a left walking stance, grab head with both hands.
- Pull head down, right knee smash, Kihap (yell).
- Place right foot down next to left, turn 180 degrees and step out with left foot into a left cat stance, left middle protect.
- Step out at 45 degrees into a right cat stance, right middle protect.
- Turn 135 degrees into a right cat stance, right middle protect.
- Step out at 45 degrees into a left cat stance, left middle protect, Kihap (yell).
Return to Choon-Bi stance.
