Begin in Choon-Bi Stance
  1. Turn 90 degrees into a left cat stance, left knife hand square block.
  2. Turn 180 degrees into a right cat stance, right knife hand square block.
  3. Turn 90 degrees into a left walking stance, left low x-block.
  4. Step forward into a right cat stance, right double block.
  5. Chamber left leg for a side kick with hands together at left hip.
  6. Left side kick, left punch, Kihap (yell).
  7. Step down into a left walking stance, right elbow smash to left palm.
  8. Chamber right leg for a side kick with hands together at left hip.
  9. Right side kick, right punch, Kihap (yell).
  10. Step down into a right walking stance, left elbow smash to right palm.
  11. Turn 90 degrees into a left walking stance, left hand knife hand high cover, right hand inverted knife hand strike.
  12. Right front kick.
  13. Jump forward into a right x-stance, right backfist.
  14. Turn 270 degrees to the left into a left walking stance, twin arm grab.
  15. Pull back with right hand, right front kick, Kihap (yell).
  16. Step down into a right walking stance, right center punch, left center punch.
  17. Turn 180 degrees into a right walking stance, twin arm grab.
  18. Pull back with left hand, left front kick, Kihap (yell).
  19. Step down into a left walking stance, left center punch, right center punch.
  20. Turn 90 degrees, shifting left foot into a left cat stance, left double block.
  21. Step forward into a right cat stance, right double block.
  22. Step forward into a left cat stance, left double block.
  23. Shift into a left walking stance, grab head with both hands.
  24. Pull head down, right knee smash, Kihap (yell).
  25. Place right foot down next to left, turn 180 degrees and step out with left foot into a left cat stance, left middle protect.
  26. Step out at 45 degrees into a right cat stance, right middle protect.
  27. Turn 135 degrees into a right cat stance, right middle protect.
  28. Step out at 45 degrees into a left cat stance, left middle protect, Kihap (yell).
Return to Choon-Bi stance.
