Pyong-Ahn 3 - Pyong-Ahn-Sam-Dan



Begin in Choon-Bi Stance
  1. Turn 90 degrees into a left cat stance, left cross block.
  2. Step up with right leg into a closed stance, keep left hand in cross block position, low punch with right hand.
  3. Chamber hands at left hip, right cross block, left low punch.
  4. Turn 180 degrees into a right cat stance, right cross block.
  5. Step up with left leg into a closed stance, keep right hand in cross block position, low punch with left hand.
  6. Chamber hands at right hip, left cross block, right low punch.
  7. Turn 90 degrees into a left cat stance, left double block.
  8. Step forward into a right walking stance, right assisted spear hand.
  9. Spin 270 degrees, left hammer fist in a riding stance.
  10. Step forward into a right walking stance, right center punch.
  11. Shift into a riding stance, left back hand.
  12. Right leg inner edge crescent kick smash to left hand, right foot stomp, hands to hips, right elbow nudge, right back fist, return hand to hip.
  13. Left leg inner edge crescent kick, left foot stomp, hands to hips, left elbow nudge, left back fist, return hand to hip.
  14. Right leg inner edge crescent kick smash to left hand, right foot stomp, hands to hips, right elbow nudge, right back fist, leave hand extended.
  15. Step forward into a left walking stance, left center punch.
  16. Step up with right foot so that both feet are even, moving left foot, turn 180 degrees into a riding stance, right elbow smash.
  17. Jump, left elbow smash, Kihap (yell).
Return to Choon-Bi stance.
