The Twelve Basics
Begin in Choon-Bi stance.
- Step back with right leg into a left walking stance, left down block.
- Right center punch.
- Left face punch.
- Left high cover.
- Step forward with right foot into a riding stance, right side punch.
- Shift right foot to the right into a walking stance, left straight block.
- Left cross block.
- Step back with right foot into a cat stance, right cross block.
- Step forward with right foot into a right walking stance, right double block.
- Step back with right foot into a right cat stance, right double block.
- Right middle protect.
- Right low protect.
