The Twelve Basics



Begin in Choon-Bi stance.
  1. Step back with right leg into a left walking stance, left down block.
  2. Right center punch.
  3. Left face punch.
  4. Left high cover.
  5. Step forward with right foot into a riding stance, right side punch.
  6. Shift right foot to the right into a walking stance, left straight block.
  7. Left cross block.
  8. Step back with right foot into a cat stance, right cross block.
  9. Step forward with right foot into a right walking stance, right double block.
  10. Step back with right foot into a right cat stance, right double block.
  11. Right middle protect.
  12. Right low protect.
